Joba Chamberlain left in the sixth inning of last night’s Yankee game with right shoulder stiffness. This is terrible news for Yankee fans and Joba fantasy owners. Scherzer was called up to the big leagues today, although it is not certain in what capacity he will serve. He might get a start if Micah Owings’ injured ankle makes him unable to go, but nothing has been announced yet. If Scherzer has a spot in the Arizona rotation, grab him up.
