Injury News and Analysis - September 24th 2008

Well this is likely going to be the final twice weekly post for the injury news and analysis since the regular season will be wrapping up.  I will definitely be posting important news throughout the post-season and off-season as it comes up regarding injuries.  This year we have seen an increase in the number of injuries but it seems a lot worse based on who it effected.  I’d like to thank…

Injury News and Analysis August 31st

Chipper Jones

After my article on my site Fantasy Baseball Strategy described how many athletes hide injuries, Chipper is being reported to have several nagging injuries, including Quad, Hamstring, and elbow problems.  He is an example of an athlete who at times may be too tough for his own good.  Most likely his current elbow problem is related to all of his other problems and likely will not go…

Beyond the Boxscore–Fantasy MLB News and Notes 5/13/08

Tonight was another one of those games where Rays’ pitcher Edwin Jackson teases fantasy players, but I come with a warning, he will only break your heart. Jackson threw seven shutout innings and struck out five, which means he will be added in leagues all over fantasy. Next time out he will give up five runs, and then three runs, and then six runs, and then he will throw…
