Kevin Slowey Just Good Enough

It wasn’t pretty, but Kevin Slowey was just good enough to win his fourth straight decision.  Slowey went six innings, allowed five runs and struck out six.  Luckily the Twins bailed him out and scored nine runs.  After a year of disappointing performances, it looks more now that he is going to be the reliable pitcher the Twins thought they had.  Slowey is famous for his control, walking just 18 batters in…
