Quality Starts - These are the only starters I’m considering:
Mike Montgomery vs Tigers – Hasn’t done all that well at Comerica over his career – 4.15 ERA and 1.23 WHIP but it’s a small sample size – 3 games (2 starts) and he’s held most of the Tigers in check over his career.
Wade Miley vs Reds – He’s made 7 starts at the Great American Ballpark and he’s 4-1 with a 2.66 ERA and 1.66 WHIP, far better than his career averages. Additionally he’s pitched well vs several of the Cubs regulars, just needs to be careful with Kris Bryant
Kendall Graveman vs Astros – in 5 starts at Minute Maid Park he’s 2-2 with a 3.52 ERA and 1.14 WHIP plus he’s held roughly half the Astros lineup in check over his career.
Joey Lucchesi vs Diamondbacks – He pitches well at home 13-8 in 31 starts with a 3.16 ERA and 1.19 WHIP vs career numbers of 4.14 ERA and 1.25 WHIP. Nick Ahmed and Ketel Marte are the only hitters in the D-Backs lineup that have gotten to him in the past.
