Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway

Good morning, race fans!  It's time for the Foxwoods Casino Resort Ambetter 301. This is the first and only trip to New Hampshire on the circuit as the season rolls on into its second half.  This flat 1 mile track is notoriously tough on equipment and drivers.  Certain veterans do very well here and younger drivers tend to have a tougher time negotiating the balance of track position, saving brakes and tires as well as keeping their wits about them for the 301 miles.

No cars are reported to start at the rear at this time.  The weather looks like a typical New England summer day with temps in the 80s and a 20% chance of rain for when the green flag drops at 3:00 EST today.  Start your engines!

NASCAR DFS

I'll be playing in Draft Kings this week. If you're new to the NASCAR DFS world, here's a quick summary of how scoring is done:

Look for a mix of drivers that fit the following:

Start upfront and can potentially lead a lot of laps.

Good drivers starting farther back can pass a lot of cars and finish with a strong differential.

Drivers starting up front I like:
Chase Elliott, Martin Truex

Drivers with a great differential potential and could lead laps:
Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin

Drivers with great differential points, and possible top finishes:
Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch, Erik Jones

Most likely to be chalk plays:
Kyle Busch, Aric Almirola

Embrace the Chaos this week.  Go heavy on the pass differential and lighter on laps led as I believe pretty much anyone can lead laps this week.

 Ambettor 301 winner  Kevin Harvick
Best bet for a solid finish Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney
Dark horse differentiators Aric Almirola, Christopher Bell
Chalk plays Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott

My DFS Line-up Today:

DK Chrome Horn 150K

DFS H2H Picks and props:

Fanduel Christopher Bell +1200 Outright

Fanduel Brad Keselowski +2200 for a top 3 finish is a nice pick

NASCAR Fantasy Live:
The revamped Fantasy Live game run by NASCAR.com is a free game to win prizes and test your skills at picking drivers with limited starts. Each driver has 10 allocations, a garage slot you can swap with mid-race, and now the ability to choose drivers in head-to-head matchups for bonus points. Play at nascar.com.

I'm rolling out the veterans this week with Chase Elliott in the garage as a swap candidate. Here's who I have in my NASCAR Fantasy Live Pool this week:

One-and-done Games:

If you are in any one-and-done pools, I'm going with Brad Keselowski. Tyler Reddick and Corey Lajoie could be great picks as well.  Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex, Jr. look to be fast, solid cars if you're way behind.

If you are interested in playing any of these games, sign up before the green flag drops at 3:00 pm EST at the links below:
